As your therapist, my goal is to help you find connection, solutions, and insight into your life, so you can feel better and less overwhelmed.
If you’re an adult in Virginia experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, or trauma—especially if you’re Latino or a military spouse—I can help.
In addition to being a licensed professional counselor, I use my training as an educational psychologist to develop mental health programs for schools, as well as coach parents of neurodiverse children.

I’m Dr. Monica Reintjes, PhD, LPC, a licensed professional counselor in Virginia who is also a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Latina and military spouse.
It takes a lot of courage to seek support, especially when you’re a member of a community where that’s not the norm.
I’m here to support you in a warm, nonjudgmental environment as you explore your life, relationships, and experiences, and take steps to heal and feel better.
